"Still waiting on my application refund and all I recieved from here is an automated email repeatedly stating the money was sent. Since I keep getting a run around I'll just ask you guys to please send to the address provided. Last I heard from the email was Dec 12. It is now March and we applied on sept 7. Thank you for how quickly you took the money and how slow you are to respond."
"I love the community here at the montecito everyone is friendly and quiet even my guests who have come over have complimented me on how quiet that neighborhood is and how respectful and friendly all my neighbors are I love living here it is peaceful and very unique thank you for a great place to live."
"Overall, I would rather give you my pros and cons of living here and let you make your decision. Pros: Next to Mabel Davis, Patios are big, pool was nice and parking was good Cons- Air ducts were moldy and I had to change air filters once a month, First floor slants, Maintenance can be very slow, roach issue during summer, my apartment had a flooding issue due to neighbors W/D, before they had a leasing agent it was hard to get ahold of the office, allocated water here is $$$ beware ,I paid $110- 130 for 3 people which is more then I've ever seen."
"Be careful before you rent here. Read all the fine print. So many shady business practices in the leases here. For example, they force you to get insurance through their chosen company but it’s not really insurance. It’s really just a monthly fee to cover the apartment complex from damage that allows you to be on a monthly payment plan if damages happen. Your “insurance” doesn’t cover you for anything. Another example, they charge you a fee to transfer utilities into your name, and then another fee out of your name. But, they aren’t actually putting anything in your name. They use a third party to bill you for utilities but nothing is in your name at any of the utility companies. Bottom line: read the lease carefully because it’s full of predatory stuff."
"We have lived here for two years, and just signed a new lease for a larger unit and I can’t say enough good things about this property. The management and leasing team has been incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond for us whenever we need them. Brandon, Matt, and Reuben are amazing, efficient, thorough and respectful when it comes to any and all maintenance work."
