"I met with Philip to discuss moving closer in-town and met him downtown on a Saturday after speaking on the phone. He bought me coffee, telling me he had the perfect place. He wasn't kidding! I signed a lease with the first place we looked! It was a studio high-rise unit with wood floors, washer/dryer facing the river. The building was in a great part of town and close to biking, trails and kayak rentals. Philip brought me in at a time when prices for the unit were low to fill the building and I got the place for a reduced rate. He exceeded my expectations with a great attitude, character of service and ease of process. I was happy he found something so unique for the price. I left the lease early to move home but if I ever move back Philip will be the person I call for housing in Austin"

"Working with Philip made a cross country move so much easier! When we first looked into moving to Austin we considered going with another apartment locator service, but as we quickly found out, they were not helpful and quite bothersome. We contacted Philip and he was extremely helpful. We sent him a list of things we were looking for and a few months later we showed up at his work to try and find an apartment. We filled out a small guest card (very helpful and a huge time saver as we toured apartments) and then we were off to see some apartments. He showed us about half a dozen, each with their own unique qualities and merits, but all had exactly what we had asked Philip to find for us. By the end of the day we had decided on one. This would have been much more difficult, if not impossible without Philip's assistance. He found us some real gems that weren't listed on Google or apartment locating websites. "I've worked with Phillip twice now, and can't say enough positive things about him... In my experience, moving to a new place in Austin is drastically different than moving elsewhere. Austin is constantly building and the atmosphere is dynamic. I'll go out on a limb and say Phillip is the physical embodiment of everything Austin. He's soaked up the culture and history of the city so well that you'd be doing yourself a disservice by not giving him a call before looking elsewhere. His knowledge of the city is matched only by his friendly, caring demeanor. Tell him what you want, and he's got 5 places lined up for you instantly. He's prompt, attentive, flexible, and responsive. He starts with an overview of the city and points out key differences between each area - this part is extremely helpful. He also seems to have friends in nearly every management group around town, meaning he gets appointments instantly and is always informed of every promotion/deal around town. He can take your budget and find a place you'd never imagine could have fit within it... He'll also tell you if he feels you're getting ripped off, then show you better options within that range to help narrow down options. I still keep in touch with Phillip and look forward to working with him for my 3rd move. If you're moving to Austin, my advice would be to call Phil now. You'll be glad you did."

He was super honest about what was available based on what I asked for, took me to a bunch of places I never bothered to look at, and ended up finding a great apartment for me. Not once did he try to upsell me like apartment finders often do. He took my budget and needs seriously. He also has connections with a number of local property managers which was a huge help when he got a heads-up about an apartment that was not yet available. "My girlfriend and I moved to Austin without knowing much about the city. Philip really took the time to really understand our needs like living space, amenities, and walk-ability to cool stuff. On tour day we visited multiple properties in different areas of the city. He was able to convey what it would be like living in the building as well as the surrounding areas. There was no pressure to sign one place or another. He really just wanted us to find a spot where we'd be happy. He delivered on our second trip. We all went out after to drink a few beers and complain about the state of Texas football. Good times. We worked with Philip again when we moved downtown to a larger brand-new unit.
