"Moved in a few months ago and have had a great time so far. the amenities are very sleek and in working order. There is a TON of cabinet space in the apartment, but we did need another closet system from IKEA to fit all our clothes. Also, the service is great. I can always get someone on the phone and issues are handled quickly. The valet trash is a game changer as this keeps bugs away, and we haven’t had any issues with security overall. I can understand why this would be a concern for some but it’s like living in any city. The location is amazing - super close to HEB and the rest of 6th street without being right in the thick of it. Can’t think of any negatives except the price, but that is just Austin."

"The new management company for this building has been lovely. It's never easy to take over a building with tenants and businesses attached but the leasing crew and maintenance crew are all wonderful people. Any question or request I have had has been heard and taken care of quickly. The building itself is in a great location and has everything most people would need inside and nearby. Best place I've lived in Austin so far."

"I had a great experience with Brayden moving into these apartments. I had been looking at about 12 apartments a day and this one popped up and I literally ran there to reserve it. He was very helpful in answering all of my questions and I got one month free! Lucy has also been extremely helpful in getting my parking set up and she is super friendly every time I see her. This apartment is super nice, with several amenities and in a great spot on the East side next to several restaurants and a block away from HEB- but there aren't any homeless nearby like the reviews for several apartments closer to I-35."

"As an apartment locator I am extremely particular with properties when it comes to management, maintenance, safety and overall quality of the building! My time living at E6 has been the best experience while living in an apartment, ever. My move-in process was sooo smooth, everything was clean and ready for me when my movers arrived. Lucy and Dee in the office are the kindest people and are quick to respond to questions and are always willing to chat while I get my morning coffee with my dog. :-) The maintenance guys are so sweet and have completed all my requests in a timely matter. Location is absolutely perfect with being walking distance to all my favorite bars and restaurants in Austin. I feel safe in this property, everyone is friendly, and it is kept SO clean. I have no bad things to say, best decision to live here!!! "
