"From start to move in day, the staff, especially Cassie made the transition as easy as possible!! The apartment is beautiful and extremely spacious. The balcony itself is added square footage with a storage closet.. The grounds are very well kept and the neighbor's are very friendly. No late night noise! Yay! Parking is always available near my door, no matter time of arrival. A very mellow place to live!"

"Horrible place, here’s how “safe” it is to live here, door was locked and everything, and this is how easy their locks can be broken, took this bum 15 seconds to break the lock (video can be seen on the Google Maps app if it’s not showing online). I do not recommend living here, homeless people have populated in mass behind the complex and area, resulting in break-ins, the front office couldn’t care less when something is broken into when it is their fault, complex is going bad fast along with the area. Would give zero stars if I could. Can’t wait for the auto generated response I’ll get from the complex with a trash apology that’s not even from them but an outside business that responds to reviews for them, absolute joke of an apartment complex, they couldn’t care less about the resident’s safety. Cannot wait to move out."

"Would NOT recommend living here. Lived here for the past two years and decided we were out due to how we were treated after the February 2021 storm. I have attached pictures of how the contract company they hired left our apartment (without notifying us prior). Extremely disappointed with the management. Other cons include the fire alarm constantly going off when cooking and the breaker always flipping. Pool has also been closed consistently over the last 1.5 years. You can find something better!"

"My fiancé and I lived at this apartment complex for six months and we have nothing but great things to say about this complex! Job relocation led us to cut our stay short but the front office staff was ALWAYS there for us. We lived on the third floor facing 35. We had very friendly neighbors. We got so used to the nest thermostat! The complex is in a great location with lots of entertainment options close by. If you are moving to Austin make sure to put this complex on your list !"
