"Do NOT move here!! Do NOT let a Locator convince you to move here!! I regret to say that my experience at Elysium Grand was overwhelmingly disappointing. I felt compelled to share my concerns to alert potential residents and provide honest feedback for improvement, though I truly believe no resolution will come of the matter. Living Conditions: My family and I endured substandard living conditions throughout our tenancy. From unaddressed maintenance issues to living without air conditioning for two of the hottest months within the year, the quality of life was severely compromised. Property Management: The property manager, Lucianna, displayed unprofessionalism and a lack of diligence. Matters were downplayed, and concerns were met with negligence. I had to involve Code Enforcement, Austin Tenants' Council, and Corporate to resolve the air conditioning issue, which Lucianna failed to address adequately. Unprofessional Conduct: Lucianna's unprofessionalism extended to false accusations and unjust lease violations. I was accused of hosting a party without evidence, and my complaints to corporate yielded no tangible results. An when the issue was addressed with Lucianna, another lease violation was issued. Favoritism and Deceptive Practices: Favoritism in the complex was apparent, affecting the enforcement of rules and charges. I was unjustly charged $100 for trash disposal while Lucianna watched me dispose the waste, while others weren't, and the trash area was consistently unsanitary. Speaking out against such issues resulted in lease violations. Parking and Security: Parking was a constant issue, with my vehicles and others wrongfully towed. Security concerns were not adequately addressed, leading to incidents of theft and illegal activities within the community. My personal vehicles were burglarized three times within six months of me living on property. The issue was so bad to where the complex themselves were a victim of theft. Accountability and Safety Concerns: My concerns about inconsistent billing and potential illegal activities within the office were met with indifference. Still no explanation was provided. Safety issues, including drug usage and mental illness, were prevalent, creating an unsuitable environment for families. In conclusion, please due your own thorough research beforehand. I can only speak on personal experiences and my time at Elysium Grand was marred by a series of distressing incidents. I personally believe that this place should be condemned, but I sincerely hope this review prompts positive changes for future residents."

"Apartments are okay . New units & beautiful renovated but extremely small units . No good amenities. Besides a gym with cardio machines . No pool . And walls are very thin I would hear my neighbors fight constantly .When I moved in I was told the accessible unit was the only unit available but very soon found out it was a lie as well was paying more than another neighbor for the same exact unit with no closet space .I was not happy that contractors and maintenance came into my unit without notice . I was just working overnight and I fell asleep in a robe in my living room and woke up to strangers in my living room room because they did not send me an email without notice ! I did complain but they did not care . Also there’s ppl that try to come and break into to cars as it is not a gated community not really safe due to it being low income and residents guest come to this complex and look for cars to break into! Also they never answer the phone or in office when I lived there however Luciana and staff were kind and luckily we personally didn’t have any safety issues during our residency at Elysium grand not the best but also not the worst ."
