"Dear Stone Oak Community Management, I wanted to express my gratitude for the wonderful living experience here at our housing community. The amenities provided are excellent, and I truly appreciate the efforts of the management team in maintaining the facilities so well. The sense of community here is fantastic, and I've enjoyed getting to know my neighbors through various community events and activities. It's evident that there's a strong sense of camaraderie among residents, which makes living here all the more enjoyable. Overall, I'm thoroughly satisfied with my experience living in this community, and I wanted to extend my appreciation to the management team for their hard work in making it such a great place to call home. Thank you for all that you do. Warm regards, RIYAZ SHAIK"

"I moved into this apartment complex with high hopes, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped foot in my unit, I was greeted by an army of cockroaches scurrying around like they owned the place. Despite numerous complaints to the management, the cockroach problem has only gotten worse. It's as if they're multiplying faster than the management can exterminate them. I've tried every DIY remedy imaginable, from traps to sprays, but nothing seems to work. Living here has become unbearable. I can't even cook a meal without feeling like I'm sharing my kitchen with these disgusting pests. They've invaded every corner of my apartment, from the cabinets to the bathroom, making it impossible to relax or entertain guests. To make matters worse, the management's response to this issue has been lackluster at best. They promise to take action, yet the cockroaches continue to roam freely as if they're part of the lease agreement. I'm allergic to cockroaches. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. Unless you enjoy living in a constant state of fear and disgust, look elsewhere for your next apartment. There are best best apartments Austin. I have vacated apartment within 45 days and they have charged around $5000 dollars, looted all my savings."

"I don't find any worst word to write about this apartment management staffs and manager. I have been charged for towing fee of 75$ which I am not responsible for. The problem is I am staying in building X which was blocked due to the parking lot repaving. The same night I returned late at night to my home and took multiple rounds of the apartment/community to find a single parking but didn’t find the one. So I parked my car in front of Building 6 thinking that the parking lot paving had been completed for that building before as per the scheduled. But I completely forgot that Building 6 has been rescheduled for 28 September instead of 14 September. I literally beg them that I am stying from past 3 years and I didn’t do any violations but due to the rescheduling of building 6, and no parking arrangements for those residents in which area paving work was in progress still they didn’t listen me. Also I told them I am not lying check your camera that I took multiple rounds of apartment with my 4 months baby at 9 PM night but didn’t find any vacant/empty place for parking. Trust me I will not lie about this management because I didn’t know this management before in my life and they are not my enemy. Believe me they will loot you by giving some biscuits means first they will attract you giving some discount and once you joined with them then you will see their original face. They will add lot of unnecessary changes which even not related to you. Suppose there is some work related to apartment maintenance and they will add that charge also to your account and once they added means you don’t have any option and you have to pay forcibly. Don’t influenced by any good reviews because all good reviews collected by giving community rewards."

"Staying in this community for almost 2 years, sorry to say the management and staffs are useless, they are not co-operative rather keep on adding miscellaneous charges which is not even relevant. Maintenance is 0, community is not clean and tidy, bills extra charges for maintenance by imposing that too without informing. Worst experiences in USA so far, I would not suggest this community to stay as there are much better options at Austin with better rents. Employees and Company of Community should be customer focussed and co-operative rather than charging money simply by imposing when its their fault. They don't have right to charge extra money without taking any consent or giving reminder."

"My husband and I are so glad we moved here!! Even before moving in, the staff has been so helpful & amazing & helped us with every question we had (we probably called 100 times)! They gave us a little welcome gift and made sure to let us know if we had any questions to call them or go by to talk to them. The apartments are very clean & quite nice for what you pay. Not too much noise can be heard from the other apartments which is a huge plus!! They also have some events some days like community movie night! We’ve only been here a short time but already love it!"
