"I have nothing but praise for this property. DK Riata is just as wonderful as it was two years ago when we arrived. The new management company has been incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. Any request I have is handled promptly & cheerfully. I've also noticed some fresh landscaping and other repairs."

"Safe place, nice units. Had a furnished short term rental. Furniture not great. The knives are garbage, can’t cut anything. They provide a glass cutting board (who in their right mind would buy a glass cutting board). The can opener was broken. For something that is supposed to be convenient, they really lack the thought to make it convenient."

"Very unhappy with management change. I've been living here for almost a year and had no problems under previous ownership. Now my lease renewal is coming up, and the current listing price for my exact same floorplan is $514 cheaper per month than what they offered me for my lease renewal. I contacted current management, and they claimed they can't give me their market rate because "it's against policy". However, they generously offered me the current rate only if I moved units, claiming they were following "fair housing guidelines". Seems like a load of baloney if you ask me. Save your money and don't rent here because they will rip you off come lease renewal time."

"Living at this complex under Griffis at Riata was magical and I could not have asked for a better team! Sadly, they were recently bought out by a new management company. While most of the fantastic maintenance staff stayed, the front office team did not. Since the take over there’s been an increase in issues with packages being stolen and a lot of confusion with the billing cycles. It is still a nice place to live as of now minus all the package issues, but be aware all previous reviews are based off different management ! (a big complaint on our portal has been the coffee suddenly went from free to requiring your card!) EDIT: Hilarious that the complex can reply, but we can’t. But I Did try to contact and figure things out with you guys first and was told flat out by your front office today it’s not your liability bc of the fetch app (which in this instance wouldn’t have been through them but there was a change in the delivery plan) so you would not do anything. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯"

"I lived here for 2 years and have no complaints. The complex is well-lit, has security, and is kept clean. My apartment worked perfectly throughout, no maintenance calls needed. Never had any issues with management, they were always polite and quick to address any issues. I'd recommend this spot to anyone moving here."
