"In the eight years that I’ve lived in Austin, this is by far my favorite complex: I’ve moved quite a bit over the years however I’m happy to do this review since I’ve been a Highline resident for over a year+! My gf and I recently decided to re-sign our lease because overall our experience here has been great! The office staff Victoria, Mercedes, and Lyyza are all kind and professional, they treat residents with respect and fairness. We enjoy the monthly resident events. The property is clean and well taken care of. Whenever theres a maintenance issue, the maintenance team takes care of it with a sense of urgency. The communication from the office is always appreciated. The location is top tier, it’s very close to so many attractions; it’s about 8 mins from the Domain & only 15mins from downtown. There is no perfect apartment complex and basically everything is overpriced these days but honestly this is one of the best in Austin. So if you’re looking for a place to call home, I would highly recommend considering Highline! With Gratitude and kind regards, KZ"

"We lived here for 14 months and it was very pleasant. We loved this place. Pros Community Office - Super calm, excellent Amenities , pool Monthly Community events , which is THE special in this apartment Maintenance staff - very helpful , always responsive and fix things quickly Community - spacious with green belt and plenty of parking spaces Community staff - Very pleasing and always addresses the questions Cons Few minor repeated issues in apartment have spotted snakes sometimes ( part of Texas life though) Overall, I would suggest this apartment strongly."

"I've lived at Highline Apartments in Austin, TX since the fall of 2019. Highline apartments offer lots of attractive features to please their tenants and make them proud of where they live. Besides their gorgeous apartments, their amenities are top-notch. I love their beautiful clubhouse. It is a common space with a fireplace with big windows including a conference room, workstations and game room. The Highline property management team often hosts fun and memorable community events. It is delightful to meet new neighbors and see friendly familiar faces. I feel positive vibes every time I participate. They elevate our lifestyle and living experiences through these community events, their day-to-day support and their daily maintenance system. I am especially grateful for their assistant property manager, Lyyza. Lyyza cares about our community and works diligently to maintain the Highline standards. I am impressed with her communication style. Any announcements and notices of up to date property information are distributed in a timely manner and are well written for us to understand. Lyyza goes above and beyond to please the tenants. I am one of the Highline tenants who appreciate her organization skills and her work ethic. I strongly recommend Highline Apartments (and meeting Lyyza) to anyone interested in moving or relocating to or within Austin."

"Full review is too long for google. See screenshot attached if interested. Overall, mail is a nightmare and packages always get lost. Maintenance is incompetent. The building is old and it shows. (New) Management tries but the cost of living is not worth what you get here."

"I moved to Highline Apartments in Austin, Texas, almost a year ago, and I can confidently say that it has been an incredible experience. From the moment I stepped into the community, I knew I had made the right choice. Some of the reasons why I highly recommend Highline is because of the location (in austin but just outside all the mad traffic) and amenities (definitely took advantage of the 24 hour gym). Also want to point out that The management team at Highline has been fantastic. They are always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests, which has made my living experience hassle-free."
