"Very nice property to live on! The Maintenance Guys are really good workers and are very helpful. The office staff if very friendly and very helpful. I would recommend these apartments as it is very quiet, very clean, and the amenities are very good(the pool, the weight room, and my child loves the playgrounds). Also it is an awesome location, it is right off of both highways 35 & 71 so it makes it really easy to access anywhere in Austin. 10/10 recommend!!!"

"I've had nothing but a positive experience here. First of all I think the property is beauty! The staff really work hard to make sure it looks nice. The pool is great, the fitness center is fantastic with hours that work for people who work. The office staff is absolutely incredible and extremely friendly. My kid loves the playground and all the friends he's made here. The wildlife I see from my balcony is crazy. Cardinals, blue jays, owls, raccoons and more. It's really peaceful. I'll be staying here as long as I can. Hope to see you soon neighbors."
"I have been a resident at Franklin Park For 11 yrs. And i have always had a nice living experience here. I have seen management come and go, but the latest staff are so caring and professional. I will be renewing my lease for another year. Good job Ms. Love and Ms. Rios And Maintenance Staff."
"I'm really enjoying my apartment here. It's incredibly spacious, which has made a big difference in my day-to-day life. I love having plenty of room to move around and store my things. The kitchen is well-appointed, with plenty of counter and cabinet space, and I appreciate the balcony with a nice view. I haven't had any problems with the apartment, and any questions I've had have been promptly answered by Elizabeth. She's been very helpful and responsive, which has made my experience here even better. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to others. The spacious apartments, well-appointed kitchens, and helpful staff make it a great place to call home.
