"Do not rent here. If you sign a lease here it will be the worst mistake you make all year. The staff just wants to make excuses and maintenance will break more stuff than the fix. The property is in bad shape and the staff doesn't care"
"Had the worst year here, my sister car was towed for being in the line. The parking spots are more evenly spaced out. The managers solution was for us to cancel our lease. The maintenance never got fixed for us until we were leaving. Also homeless people going thru the trash. The pool and gym was always close. The staircases are always dirty! Management never wanted to work. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! SPEND THE MONEY TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!"
"Do not move here they will tow your vehicle without no warning and lie and say they didn’t tow your vehicle. The office staff was very rude and not helpful when I called about my vehicle being towed. They first said they towed it because it was parked in the same spot for 3 days mind you I’m out of town and when I called a second time they said they towed the car because how it was parked. I have pictures of my car and you can clearly see the car was not crossing the line at all. I’m paying tenant of this complex and this how you treat your tenants buy towing there vehicle and leaving you to pay the charges when there the ones that called the towing company to begin with"
"Have had no issues. Moved here a few months ago. No roaches, my apartment is very clean. The pool was open all the time (except the winter, because its cold). I've had no problems with management or staff. Waited about a week for a mail key though, it's okay I got two of them. Never had to get maintenance to fix anything, everything works! Water takes a little bit to get warm/hot, but it's the winter, pipes are cold. Rent has never been raised at all, very consistent. I really enjoy living here! It's way better than my previous apartment."
