"Very beautiful apartment home. The building is always bleeping the fire alarms randomly in the night time disturbing our peaceful sleep I’ve had to remove my fire alarms because they were waking me and my 2 kids age 4 & 2 this was a consistent problem. The roaches are NEVER leaving the buildings they are infested very badly I hate this home because of the infestation I don’t feel comfortable eating here for the past 6months , when I first opened my lease there was maybe one roach then after three months my apartment became infested no matter if I killed every roach I seen in my unit no matter if I called pest control which I have multiple times back to back and the roaches continue to spread periodically and it’s disgusting and uncomfortable it’s very unpleasant to live in an apartment home and not be able to invest your money into furniture because the apartment complex cannot control the infestation. I do not recommend renting an apartment home from Franklin Park/Rosemont/signature at Franklin Park unless you want to be taking roaches with you everywhere it’s very unpleasant they need to fix this problem ASAP and I’ve heard they’ve always had this problem which is why they keep changing their name and website do not rent with these people management is horrible I only recommend for the financial reasons. But it’s so sad that we have to deal with this . Very upsetting."
"The management team is amazing, giving a shout out to Erica and Brandy. Everytime I walk into the office they greet me with a smile and are always willing to help. Maintenance men are awesome as well. I'm glad to say living here has been good for me."
"Very poor service, and they don’t care about the roach infestations and mold problems. When it comes to mold they paint it over. They also don’t pay attention to suspicious activity going on in the past week or so. I’ve seen two men do a drug deal and they were non residents. I’ve seen shootouts, I’ve seen a man almost get shot, people fighting at night in the parking lot, everything. This really is the ghetto"
