"After raising the rent, refusing to open the office for tenant's, shooting, murders, rats, mold, backed up workorders that you will have to complete if you want it done. Racist staff. The property manager Maureen Tyler is more concerned about sleeping with tenant's and her never ending CPS cases rather than actually doing her job (in a honest and professional manner). I assume gossiping takes priority over completing paperwork and workorders. Eva Rosales is confrontational but only with African Americans. There is assistance from corporate they will not even respond. You will be redirected back to Eva or Maureen without any resolution. I would advise you to walk the property before even filling out the application. The office is open 1-2 days per week if your lucky to find it's open at all."

"I've been living at these apartment for 11 years and the new company called the Dominion took over in 2021. At first I did not have confidence in this company and I was worried but when my son went to heaven, they was a big help to me. I've been very stressed out very sad and very depressed because everything in my life and my loved ones seems to fall apart I just feel like a failure until they did renovation on this apartments .They did beautiful renovation for the kitchens in the bathroom and shockily it made me feel better about myself as a person. They did beautiful upgrade and updated renovation with Reese's lighting and other lighting in the bathroom. They took their time and a care for us. We now have marble countertops recessed lighting strong sturdy cabinets and they didn't treat us like a low income resident. They treat us like a human being and I appreciate it very much and my granddaughter also loves it . I love the new sink It that particular sink where you pull the faucet to wash your hair and stuff. I'm feeling a little better about myself and I know my son and father is blessing me. Thanks Dominion for treating us well."

"I love the apartment. It is very bi with an attached garage. The patio is a nice size as well. Our neighbors are very friendly and no one bothers us. We have been here almost 2 years, The elementary school is with in walking distance. Staff is very nice and maintenance is good. I don't have any problems except the area is not so great. Otherwise everything is real good."
