"I lived here from October, 22 to May, 23 and had a very negative experience. From the rats and roaches to the awful, out-of-state owned management company. No, I’m not angry, don’t feel like they owe me money, and didn’t have a conflict of personality with anyone. I genuinely had a bad experience and it’s because of the management company. AVOID!"
"Great neighbors and nice location but the management company makes renting here terrible. For the last 3-4 months we’ve had rats and have had to deal with the issue mostly on our own. Maintenance came out once to fill in some gaps in the walls where they were coming in from but we were still finding more droppings after they came. we contacted them multiple times afterwards and they never responded. we’ve made some temporary fixes to address the problem but it’s a building wide infestation that they aren’t properly handling. if this building was managed by a company that cared, my rating would be way higher but austin manage just cares about taking your money."
"The problem with this complex is the management company, Austin Manage. They are completely invisible. Literally have never met the property manager(does not live on site) or anyone else who represents the company. Sounds chill until your car gets towed out of the parking lot randomly and you have no idea who to contact. If you call the main number, no matter what you are needing, they have never called us back. Right now I’m sitting in my apartment going on 30 hours with no water because they decided to do some work and didn’t warn anyone . This is just the tip of the iceberg, but you get the idea."
