"Among other reasons for living here is that the office staff are always helpful and responsive. Recently, we had a (rare) issue; Joe addressed it immediately and resolved it entirely. It's a great feeling knowing that even when problems arise, they're quickly fixed."

"The past few months living at these apartments were rough. There was an excessive amount of inspections and inconveniences. Requirements including moving cars to certain areas, putting out fire extinguishers (these inspections were late multiple times or done incorrectly and had to be repeated so we had to drive to our apartment while house sitting 4 times to put the fire extinguisher out yet again), and entering the apartment multiple times in a week for several months. Any requirements like moving furniture, putting things out, moving cars were all coupled with threats of fees to the renters if these were not done. Multiple times while away, the complex entered the apartment and cranked our AC temp way down causing high electric bills. Also frustrated with our move out. The complex did not take over utilities when we moved out leaving us with bills for electric and gas that are charges from after our lease was up that they will not reimburse for. This seems pretty crooked. AC is really rough in the summer. It was hard to get our apartment below 80 degrees on hot days. Forget about using the stove- then there would be no way the AC would keep up. Management sent an email saying this is normal and actually recommended that we eat ice cream before bed or put a freezer pack in bed with you to cool off- yikes. Besides these last few months of frustrations, we enjoyed living at these apartments. The biggest pro was the walls are built to condo specs so noise control was great- we never heard our neighbors. Maintenance requests were also done really quickly and the location is really convenient. The views of the woods from the balcony are nice and make the apartment feel more private. There are some apartments that have a view of the parking lot instead- so check your unit specifically."

"My daughter and I have called this home for 7 years. The management and maintenance are all wonderful to work with and always willing to help. They continue to make a lot of improvements to the property. I would recommend the property to anyone especially those with kids (the pool is amazing) and dogs, there is a ton of green space and the greenbelt directly behind the complex is well maintained and fun to explore."

"I have nothing but great things to say about both this property and the folks working there. The maintenance staff were always speedy and responsive. The office folks are very communicative and friendly. Unfortunately I'm moving away because of work and the office staff has helped tremendously with the process. Property wise it's a great location, with many units offering private porches backing up into a forested area."

"Pretty happy with this place overall. It’s very quiet and a great community to own dogs in. I love the trees and natural grasses. A tad pricy, but the walls are actually thick so you can’t hear your neighbors. My only complaint is that my AC doesn’t flow to my room very well, but the rest of the apartment stays really cool so the bedroom is only mildly warmer."
