"The leasing team is not interested in keeping appointments for possible new tenants and the office looks to be empty and no one there during hours. Maintenance team simply said that the leasing team was having a meeting, but it was them that rescheduled our appointment in the first place. Not recommended."
"I’m looking to move out to austin soon and have toured at least 10 apartment complexes this week. This is the first place I’ve toured with a leasing team that has thorough knowledge of the complex and of the area, specifically Zachariah and Cynthia. They were so kind and made my whole apartment hunting experience so much smoother and left me feeling really good about this move! The grounds/pool are so nice and shaded with a bunch of trees. All the front doors have a gorgeous teal paint, and there is ample parking. The complex itself is super close to the Domain and a tonnnn of dining spots! Beyond excited to live here :)"
"Truly amazing service and individuals working for this property! Cynthia the assistant manager, and Zach the leasing agent were on top of it! Anytime there’s been concern on my behalf these two have made every last one a priority and taken care of them very efficiently. "I recently moved in and my experience has been unlike anything I’ve ever experienced these past few months ! An employee I really want to mention is Yeny Reyes, the property manager, because she is amazing at what she does. She is always super nice and helping. Definitely the best property manager I have ever met. I love The structure and the paint on the buildings It is stunning. Everything is always safe and up to code , it’s a blessing having someone who actually cares for the community and residents."
"I have lived in the complex for close to three years. From the application process to very prompt maintenance service, I feel taken care of. They really have turned this place around! There are always upgrades happening. Even the plant design is beautiful. Throughout this pandemic I have had help in securing my living, even in the toughest of times. Lisa and the team she works with are compassionate. There is a real sense of weight off of your shoulders. Keep up the good work! I’m happy to be living where I am."
