"I really enjoy staying at this apartment. I have an amazing experience and memory here. It is a very quiet neighborhood, very convenient going to anywhere (and Trader Joe's just minutes away! OMG!), and most importantly, this is a very safe neighborhood. I can't express how lucky I feel to stay here. To all of my friends, I always highly recommend them considering living here. And I just want to say, Thank You, for giving me a wonderful time and a great place that I can enjoy and relax after work."

"It’s only been a month but I have to write this review: I love it here. It feels safe, my unit gets plenty of sun light and lighting, the bathroom is nice, the entire unit is all hardwood floors, it’s easy to clean and even the complex grounds feel clean. Feels like home. The moving in process was easy and the leasing staff are excellent at what they do."

"Lived here for about 2.5 years and enjoyed it overall. Pros - Management is great, friendly, & responsive - Location is great, walking distance to the Arboretum & TJ's - Nearby nature is beautiful and easy to access - Built-in shelving, layout/floorplan, granite countertops, exposed brick looks great Cons - Rent increase was exorbitant every time I renewed the lease (went from about $1200 to nearly $1800 for the A1 717 floorplan, which is now listed for only $1455!!) - Maintenance no-showed twice - Off-leash dog rule is not enforced - Bedroom was always warmer than the rest of the unit, requiring a separate AC unit to keep it cool enough to sleep comfortably in the summer months - For whatever reason, this complex had some of the worst recovery time for the 2021 freeze (at least 10 days of no power or water) not their fault, but be aware of this"

"Since arriving in Austin, Tramor at the Arboretum has been one of the best places I've lived! It's a super comfortable, quiet complex that is super dog-friendly. Whenever I've needed any sort of maintenance, they have been so quick. If I wasn't relocating out of state, I'd be renewing for sure! It's been a trying year with Covid-19 in general, but I have been really pleased on live on this property with a responsive office staff and a beautifully situated unit. Another bonus is the community of residents, who have really seemed to look out for each other. Really nice layout, bathroom space, and closet space for a one-bedroom. HUGE balcony. Will miss calling this place home!"

"I've lived here for two years, and have had an excellent experience. Management is consistently friendly and helpful, maintenance responds to issues quickly, and the community is quiet. This place is a paradise for dog lovers. My staffie mix, Felix, and I are thankful they accept well-behaved dogs of any breed. The neighborhoods near the complex are lovely, safe areas to walk your pup. The location is ideal, with easy access to MoPac and 360. You can walk to Trader Joe's and Starbucks, and you're just a short drive away from fun hikes such as Bull Creek and St. Edwards."
