"A few months ago, my partner and I were looking for a place to call home. We were fed up with the management at our last apartment community, and we knew there had to be something out there that matched what we were looking for. "We’ve lived here for 2 years now and honestly, we’ve had an overall pretty positive experience. It’s far from perfect. The units aren’t new and shiny. But the residents have all been pretty wonderful. Maintenance is punctual and polite. The office staff is nice. CWS takes a lot of opportunities to treat the residents with cute themed days with free snacks and goodies (lemonade day, donut day, cookouts and pool parties) The complex is comfortable and they’ve definitely been doing some good upkeep here lately. We won’t be here forever, but so far so good!"

"I’ve been living here for a year and a half and I absolutely love it. My girlfriend moved in with me and we haven’t went from a one bedroom to a two bedroom for the extra space and CWS was flexible with our move in and out dates. Anytime we need something fixed like the exterior light bulb on the patio needing to be changed, there always here same day of the request!"
