"Our new apartment is beautiful. It was left spotless for us on our move in day. Leasing staff and maintenance have been great. The first day we moved in, we had some minor issues that were addressed in a timely manner. My biggest issue is with inconsiderate residents. Management doesn’t enforce trash rules so I’ve seen the same bags of trash in our hallway for almost a week because the valet trash service obviously doesn’t accept loose or open bags. It’s really an eye sore for what can otherwise be a beautiful property. People have just been leaving their trash wherever they want. They let their dogs poop anywhere and don’t pick it up. I can hear every single noise in the apartment above us and it’s gotten so bad to where I can feel the walls shake."
"Cortland Bluff Springs has been an outstanding community to be at where you will find some of the most open layouts of a complex from units, pool & grill areas. Very unique to say the least. The leasing office where you will find David & Miriam to be very accommodating and helpful . Walter and team is ahead and on top of all Maintenance needs as you can see them throughout the day always willing to communicate and help"
"A space that I think would be more ideal for children, it is disgusting to always see the remains of a dog, the people in this community do not clean… Many areas for dogs and nothing for children. And the dog park is half a meter from the family grill area, enjoy a piece of meat with the smell of urine and dog residue, ¡whow.!"
