Nexus at Goodnight Ranch

"My review is for Heather Chavera!!! Such an exceptional leasing agent. I had been touring different apartments in ATX, I stumbled on this one, came in to tour, and honestly only chose to stay here because of my experience with Heather. Her dedication and outstanding service made the whole leasing experience seamless. It’s been 5 months as a tenant and she consistently goes above and beyond for her tenants both new and existing. I had some issues with the management when I was moving in, and got super anxious but Heather went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Nexus has its issues like every other apartment complex but I’m super grateful for Heather being with Nexus. Her professionalism and her commitment to tenant satisfaction is unmatched."

"If I could give this place more stars I would !!! The facility looks great and well kept. Heather C helped us find the best apartment that suited us and was available to answer any questions we had with a smile on her face. She was so helpful and welcoming and very confident when it came to the tour, which made us more comfortable with our decision. Everything was updated and looked great I would definitely recommend this place to others!"

"New resident..after visiting a few other complexes and then visiting here it was a no brainer. Complex is beautiful and grounds are kept up. The whole process of coming in for a tour and signing was easy and painless. Heather was just simply amazing, super nice, and very informative. Her willingness to help and answer questions drove this home for me. Can't wait to move in to my new apartment. Kudos to Heather for being amazing at her job and just making the process so easy and stress free."

"I moved to Austin from Atlanta and selected this community without evening visiting in person. I give my experience a 5 out of 5 so far. I've lived here since July 2023. Everyone in the leasing office is so helpful and professional, it really makes living here the best choice I could've ever made. Any issues that I ever have, the office team is always so quick to resolve them and that's what makes this community the perfect place. My only recommendation is if cars revving their engines all day and night bother you, then avoid Building 1 as it faces the main road, other than that, I love this community."

"update 9/23: Absolutely nothing has changed with the parking situation. The office manager and Joslyn are very professional and It must suck to field so many complaints about the parking because honestly, this could've been avoided if the garages along the east side of the complex, were not there. Just stay away from this place unless you can budget for a parking spot or garage. I’m leaving this review anonymously because I don’t trust this community and more people should speak up. Ask about it if you consider this property. There is no visitor or assigned parking at nexus goodnight ranch. You’ll have to pay 60-200 for a reserved spot or garage if you want to stay out past 7 and find a spot to park in. People actually park illegally and it’s a fire hazard. Now you can look forward to dying in case there’s a fire. But at least the fire department can get in because the gates are always open. Don’t move to Nexus at goodnight ranch until they solve their issues."
