"APPALLING. I have been waiting for more than 4 months for them to refund my deposit and they do not respond. The manager simply says that he is not the owner of the apartments and then he cannot give me my money. There are countless times that I have contacted the administration and they have not given me a clear answer as to what happened to the check. They gave me the accounting number and they don't answer the phone either. DISASTROUS."
"The building manager would never pick up their phone when I complained. They ordered renovations next apartment from mine, filling my apartment with heavy paint fumes constantly which prevented me from staying in my apartment. I complained to the regional manager, but the problem persisted. Wouldn't even recommend to my worst enemies."
