"I honestly don’t see how can anyone claim the management to be unorganized or unprofessional. Reading those reviews makes me feel the need to bark at them because that is not the experience I had! That makes me eyeballing them to a difficult tenant. I had nothing but positive and best experience here! The manager Victoria has been amazing attentive. My schedule is a bit not normal, so when I send her questions or whatever, I fully expected the answer on the next day, but no I received a response right away and let me tell you how I truly like her style. She doesn’t simply answer and leave it as it is - making it more difficult to navigate which will cause us to lose will to do it, and she also doesn’t overtake which will make us become more dependent on the office . If that happens, I can imagine how overwhelming it can become. And really fast ! So in my opinion she is clever in taking a little extra time in the beginning in giving the new tenants the answers and add/connect the necessary resources to do it ourselves . That is called self empowering managerial skill. So whoever said unorganized and unprofessional need to do some reanalyzing on the choice of using their words because it seems to reflecting to themselves! :). And the property is lovely! I am impressed with the laundry room and dog park is bigger than most I have been to! Okay I think I have said enough! Looking forward for the rest of my time !:)"

"STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I moved in to the apartments in 2019 and stayed through 2021. Much longer than I should have to be honest. Their washer and dryers were constantly down so I had to travel to the other buildings just to do laundry. There was a constant roach infestation throughout my entire time living there. Mind you, I was a great tenant. I always paid on time if not early and never caused any issues. I finally came to a breaking point when I came home to a chunk missing from the ceiling, water damage all over my kitchen and mold growing all over my doors to my porch. I smelled of water damage and mold. I was then electrocuted by my stove due to a shortage. This place is insane!!! Did they act on this quickly? NO!!! I went to the office multiple times within office hours and all the lights were on, sign said open but doors were locked and no one was there. I attempted to contact them (via in person, phone, and email) throughout the next two weeks asking that they fix this issue. They issue was FINALLY fixed TWO WEEKS LATER!!!! I couldn’t even live in the apartment because of the damage and smell. Instead of fixing and cleaning the issue they patched the whole and left me to clean the mess. I had to break my lease (legally due to the notices I gave and the issue never getting fixed). I demanded my deposit back and told them they’re lucky I’m not demanding that months rent back since I couldn’t even stay there! They had the nerve to ask me to leave them a good review after all this. I can’t repeat this enough STAY AWAY!!!"
