"Made the mistake of moving here not realizing that this place has zero cell reception. I need to leave the apartment to make a call. Had to change it to 1 star: If you have a dog I don't recommend this place. There is broken glass all over the complex and no one seems to feel the need to clean it up. Pictures taken all within 5 feet of my car in front of the apartment. The vents are filled with mold likely the toxic kind. This place is horrible."
"Wonderful experience living here so far (been here for 3 years aprox). Area and surrounding parts are very convenient; groceries stores like HEB and walmart nearby, shopping centers etc etc. Management is very flexible and understanding whenever there’s a valid reason and communication. I would Def recommend living here."
"Really good apartment complex, I've lived here 6 years. It was mediocre the first few years but the current management company came in and fixed up a lotttttt of stuff, for example installing heavy duty insulation so your apartment isn't 95F+ inside in the summer and completely upgrading the pipes and hot water boilers. They host a lost of community events if you're into that. The complex itself is in a really good area, safe, lots of green spaces around, fairly quiet. I haven't had to submit too many maintenance requests but they're all been responded to promptly. Overall I recommend this apartment complex; it's dated but has everything you need and is safe, quiet, and compared to the apartment complexes in the area is above average quality."
"I really appreciate all staff here who are really kind, patient, and helpful. The carpet of our apartment was not cleaned when we moved in because the clean service ordered by the staff didn't show up on time. The manager and staff ordered another clean service as fast as they could and they gave us a discount on several days from our move-in to the date when our carpet was cleaned. We really appreciate it. Also, the leasing process was so smooth thanks to the kind staff. Moreover, we really like our apartment and the community. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who's looking for a quality and safe apartment."
