"The Asher is a beautiful property! Offering well thought out designs and features. What truly separates this place is the management and staff. The best I’ve encountered. Keshundra gave me the most professional tour. She truly cares about finding the apartment that fits you best. She answered all my questions throughout the process. John and Jason have been so kind. They handled any concerns / moving in issues I had promptly. The place is just so well ran which really adds to it feeling like home. Can’t recommend The Asher enough!"

"After 3 months of being a resident, I can say The Asher is a solid choice (with minor setbacks) due to quality, location and experience working with the office. Jason and John have been great in working with my partner and I to adjust for move-in, handling minor maintenance issues (i.e, replacing a whole stove hassle free) and being on top of the cleanliness of the hallways/shared spaces. The added monthly events is a nice touch as well :) Having done research in the past, it’s good to acknowledge some of the setbacks that can be fixed at The Asher. This includes: - lack of number of trash cans for dogs (only two on two extreme ends of the block) this causes some owners to not pick up after their pets - Garage Door Issues (Not closing at times or opening in rare instances) - FETCH delivery services (at times forcing us to pick up packages at Round Rock) - Needed refinement for side resident entrance (although minor, it would make a world difference to consider putting stairs that lead directly to the entrance instead of forcing to walk around the ramp) All in all, as I myself was in a position looking for a home almost entirely virtually, I can comfortably say this is indeed an ideal home for the value / location / convenience :)"
