"This was my first apartment home living by myself and I had the best time. The office staff was always so welcoming and friendly. Neighbors were very nice and inviting. As a young women I felt very safe in my home and never had any issues. If I ever find myself back in bryan/college station I will be for sure coming back."
"We just moved out of this apartment complex to a house, but I want to say the (new) current office staff is awesome! We had no problems getting our deposit back. When things have gone wrong (dishwasher issues, air conditioning stopped working because the wiring was old, hose to fridge leaking, computer billing issues, etc) they've done a good job working with me and resolving the issues as quickly as they can without making me feel like crap. The apartment complex itself is also a pretty nice place to live and I don't have any complaints. Note: The previous office staff was kind of uppity/condescending/rude, so I guess it just depends on who happens to be there when you move in."
