"Tania was very helpful and knowledgeable. She is very approachable, by far a bright spot in the company. Very pleased with her in every way, she is always smiling and seems genuinely to care for the tenants needs . I would highly recommend her as a leasing consultant that will be helpful in every step of the application process. I am very happy with the apartment and amenities. I would also recommend the complex as a great place to live."

"The apartments are somewhat nice. Tho i’m giving 2 stars bc the residents are disgusting. trash all over the parking lot. The hallways are always musty and stinky. The lobby crew is a nice bunch of people who are willing to help at times. Though i had a really rough time with my application and had to come back multiple times to sign the same document that they kept losing. My application process was about 6 months of begging them to get my application going. The main reason this place really deserves a 1 star is that fact that they control what visitors you allow in. This is not a college Dorm. You have to request a code for your visitors to come in and only lasts for 24 hrs. This is a ridiculous way of “better security”. My partner is a daily visitor who now has to be accepted by the front office to come into MY apartment."

"The bridge at turtle creek is not the place to live. It might be cheap but once you move in you can tell why. The apartment is new but far from luxury style as there are barely any washer and driers and management is completely absent in actually helping the residents. They have stated multiple times that they are not responsible for our safety and tell us that if something happens it’s completely on us. My car was broken into as well as many others, so hope you’re ready to deal with that. Also when we moved in, there was a sulfur smell going through the apartment because it has been sitting for so long, at that point maybe it should have just stayed empty. 1/10 living experience, the only thing going for this apartment is that it gives me a place to sleep, will not be living her again and advise no one else to do the same"

"The application process is strenuous, remember to stay patient. However, the pricing, location, and overall state of the apartments make up for it. Like any other apartment complex, there are the usual culprits of individuals who don't put up their fair share of care for the property. I had the luck to have Amaya one of the leasing agents take care of me and put me in an apartment I wanted. The complex is relatively nice, there could be some improvements but that's up to the individual's opinion. Overall rating 4.5/5"
