"It was a really great place until Cheyenne in the front office left. Expect to get treated well up until you become a resident. After that the people in the office are condescending. I loved the fact that it was so close to the creek but the summers are so hot the creek dries out and it's just sad. The star is for the maintenance crew who really was great."

"The worst ever! It’s not so much the place but the staff, we recently moved out and I’ve been trying my best to communicate with staff and the staff member I’ve recently communicated with is very rude, short, inconsiderate. It’s been like that several times relating to our move. Almost feel like they don’t treat me with respect and dignity. Not friendly at all. I just want to know what to expect. Surely other people have moved out and you should be able to at least let me know what to expect from experience. It’s just frustrating. Please just tell me you don’t know what to expect kindly rather than, “no ma’am bye” and leave me hanging without being able to ask questions that are stressing me out. The move out process is already stressful enough.A good wording would have been, “is there anything else I can do to assist or other questions I can answer” oh man, this wording would make such a difference. I don’t like to do this but I feel very left in the dark. While my family and I were living there, it was pure chaos. The pool is so much drama. Perhaps it may have been because our unit was so close to the pool. Perhaps we would’ve had a better experience if it weren’t for all the pool drama. I will give credit to previous staff members that no longer work there but were kind to me and answered all my questions at the time. I do like good customer service, I will say."

"Micro manage style management, will do surprise inspections (if you don’t answer they have threatened to break your door down), will NEVER be on time for any thing scheduled, every inspection or visit was pushed back every.single.time. When someone broke into every body’s parking garages (more than once) was told to invest in a security camera on my own and that “crime has no zip code” and their solution was to get new screws for the garage doors. Maintenance will guilt trip you and let you know that they “have families and can’t spend all night repairing your request”. Beautiful view, but dozens of scorpions, in the past year I’ve spotted over a dozen coming through the walls and ceilings and light fixtures. When the pipes burst in 2021, our water never was the same again, had speckles in the water that made every body sick and was told “you’re never supposed to drink the water here” Please save yourself the money, it is not worth the hardships and unempathetic money-hungry micromanaging management."
