"The complex overall has been going downhill for the past 2-3 years and is continuing on that path. Gates don’t work and haven’t been repaired in years. Cars keep getting broken into, there was an armed robbery in the complex, a car was just recently stolen. My own vehicle was damaged by some randoms that entered the complex late at night. A neighbors catalytic converters was stolen. Also.. Raccoons have taken over trash bins at night, so be sure to take out the garbage during the day time. At the current state of the complex, I wouldn’t recommend leasing here. **update 1/17/24 Changing my 3 to a 1 star, gates still haven’t been addressed. Another car was stolen, GATES are for show at this point. They’ve also introduced a parking pass system… where you or your visitors can get your vehicle towed if you don’t register your vehicle for the 24 period they allow. — So instead of addressing the lack of security or implementing other security measurement's they pass the inconvenience onto the residents. Idk buy a ring camera from Amazon if you have a small budget. Lol take 1% from all the rent increases and buy some cameras."

"Aunna and the apartment staff are an amazing bunch of people. My move in was very smooth and easy. She made sure everything was done and she was very friendly and helpful with the process from beginning to end. The property is very well maintained and the fitness center is very nice with newly equipment installed and the pool is a WOW AREA! Thanks for everything!"

"I want to make sure you're fully aware – please, avoid this apartment complex at all costs! They're making it incredibly frustrating to get back my security deposit. It's been two long months since I moved out, and despite my four phone calls, they haven't even bothered to respond to my emails. Their response? Just excuses every time!. They promised to notify the manager and have them reach out, but there has been no phone call or email. It's just not right! They're quick to charge tenants for a single day's late rent, but they have no problem making us wait for over two months for our security deposits. This feels like a scam, taking advantage of Texas's weak tenant protections. Waiting more than 8 weeks for your deposit isn't reasonable. My advice: Avoid this place completely!"

"Gas grills don't work properly, customer service is poor, raise your rent beyond normal terms forcing you to move. They never do what they say & hardly ever answer the phones. Never return messages or emails. I am still waiting on my refund for over a month. High turnover & they lie to you when promising to call you back or get the refund check to you. Avoid at all costs"
