"I’ve lived here for 2 years and I love it! The staff are SO helpful - shout out to Grace, Danielle, Mike and everyone else on staff for being amazing!!! They’re always so friendly, professional, and patient. They make an effort to get to know you and create a sense of community. I work from home so I appreciate that the complex is usually pretty quiet and peaceful. I’ve had a few maintenance issues and they’re always quick to respond, the maintenance team is awesome. We have fun resident events every month and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. I appreciate the gate and I always feel safe walking my dogs, even late at night. It even has a dog park with a dog washing station, which my pups Kylo and Peach love. I really appreciate the little things like the Pet of the Month contest, holiday decorations in the clubhouse, and the package lockers. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, it’s been a wonderful home. :)"
"I've been looking at Cortland Onion Creek for a few months before I decided to sign the papers. On the day I signed, I met Grace in the leasing office. She was very welcoming and very patient. Throughout the move in process, she was checked in regularly and was timely with responses to questions I had. I've been here for about a month and it's been a great experience. It feels safe and has all of the amenities I need/want. I'd recommend to friends."
"I love it here at Cortland Onion Creek! I had to leave my last place in north Austin due to flooding and needing a quick and easy move in. Mike Bishop in the leasing office was SO friendly and fast and helped me get in quick. He’s very knowledgeable and has many years of experience and it definitely shows! He got me taken care of same day and I moved in 4 days later! The community here is so quiet and it’s VERY clean. The units are updated, clean and quiet. I’ve also never lived at an apartment where the valet trash *actually* comes each day! But here at Cortland, it does! Would definitely recommend this to anyone searching for a nice place just outside of downtown Austin. **I also have beautiful sunset views which is an additional perk pictured here**"
