"We had a great experience here. The office and maintenance staff were prompt and helpful. There are a lot of kids that play outside and sometimes in the parking area, so you have to be careful driving around. Otherwise, it was nice community especially for folks with kids."

"At first the staff was really nice and the facilities look nice as well- I really liked the gym. Those were the only good things. The maintenance requests would be fulfilled half the time- I ended up having some mold due to water damage, and they didn’t come fix it for a month so I had mold and water draining from my roof every time it rained. Having dealt with mold before, I was concerned for my health, and when I brought up my concern to management, they basically told me to file a claim with my renters insurance and that roofers are “just busy when it rains”. Also, a month later, the roofers and three grown men in total came into my apartment with no notice while I was sleeping. There are tons of kids that are unrestricted, and quite frankly rude- presenting a safety hazard with their toys and bikes and scooters littered in parking spaces,. I have even had kids run out in front of my car while I was backing into a spot or just driving around the complex in general. I filed a few noise complaints as the kids were allowed at all hours. with kids, taking over the gym, pool and computer space unsupervised. Management was not only unhelpful, but not present and dismissive of any concerns or requests. Creepy old men hang out by the pool regularly. Granted, the facilities are nice, the management and organization of this complex would have me recommend that people look elsewhere for housing. On top of all of that, everybody that I knew that moved out of that apartment complex had to pay for a new carpeting which is over $1000 of move out fees… renters be warned"

"Initially it was good but it feels not worth it for the price that you pay, I liked gym training programs initially (when Katie was taking evening sessions twice a week), ever since trainer changed, I stopped going to gym for last 7 months as they were trying different but not so good trainer's but that's not worth it , over all maintenance of property is average, I wish Kids play area had some more options like small Basketball court for middle school kids , but there are none. common areas are sometimes smelly because of the trash bags being kept outside leaking without trash can for days when there is no valet track pickup available. only reason for stay is good elementary and middle school. It also feels really expensive from the price point as well. Try it only if you have to stay here for kids schooling :)"

"This apartment is an extremely unpleasant and disappointing place to stay, with numerous negative aspects. It is infested with roaches and is not safe, as there have been instances of burglary. The management is very poor and shows little concern for the tenants. Recently, there was flooding in my unit due to a landscape upgrade, and despite the management's lack of responsibility, they insisted that we immediately vacate with no other options given. They are unhelpful in general. I would rate my experience staying in this apartment as zero stars. Moreover, the management expects tenants to cover utility bills and even hotel charges while they use the utilities and fix the property."

"Cons: I have had issues with roaches since the beginning of my stay. They've sprayed 4 times in 3 months and still have issues. The gym is a jungle gym. At one point there was 15 kids running around playing with the equipment. Pros: I love the layout of the apartment. It's very spacious. Maintenence and staff are very attentive. It's beautiful in the area lots of trees very wooded. It's in between everything like round rock, downtown atx, cedar park. All in all I just wish there wasn't a pest infestation and it would be a great place."
