"I’m going on living here almost 2 years now. I’m a single Dad of a 7yr old and I’m in my 20s, we have a 2b2b. The apartments are beautiful, (keep in mind mine is sorta renovated) homey feeling, open layout, tall ceilings(I’m 6’3), and even the option with fire place & garage (if you’re lucky). I had to opt for the covered parking myself. Right beside the schools & hospital so perfect for a parent, most people here have kids. They unfortunately took away the tennis court on the new roof renovations last year and haven’t added anything else, which would have gotten this review a 4 star… That or the exit gate issues… But with Christy in the front office & the maintenance crew they have on hand someone would have to pay me to leave this place. Christy went beyond her way to help me get into my apartment in the mix of a very difficult situation and not only did she get me a better apartment that i was assigned, she helped me find and create a home for my Son & I and hasn’t stopped trying to improve our experience yet even still today. Whatever position she’s in she needs a raise. She cares for this place & the people that live here. Maintenance is always around doing something. If there is a problem (inside your apartment at least) & you make a maintenance request, they will be there & it’ll be done in the morning if not the same day. If you want to have a place for your family that feels like a real home, walking distance from all you and your kids needs & the convenience of all the apartment perks, this is the place."

"We’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and don’t plan on leaving any time soon! Extremely accommodating and understanding staff, pet friendly, quick to respond to maintenance requests, extremely safe environment to walk your dogs alone at night - even as a woman! The neighbors are all very friendly and the pool is beautiful."

"Sitting with sink leaking from July 14, 2023 (Friday) as it’s July 20, 2023 (Thursday) this is abuse and neglect. These violators are not following the laws. As violators needs to hold accountable for their actions. Violating human rights with the right of enjoyment as not attempting to fix anything correctly. I asked for a light in a room as a on and off switch but no light fixture as it was replaced with water damage. Sedona springs covered up mold with paint. They painted the tub with cheap paint. Who paints tub with paint? Sedona Springs.Trap house holding baseboards with nails."

"This apartment complex has been nothing but a disaster. I don't blame the staff, they're doing the best they can, but this complex is owned by a property management company who only cares about profits. Here's a short list of what I've experienced since I've moved here. They used to try and sell you a "renters insurance" policy that only covers their liability and nothing of your own potential losses. My first apartment here was completely destroyed during the major winter freeze of 2020 and flooded twice (we were on the second floor...) due to negligent maintenance practices and poor coordination. The only reason this happened is because they didn't drain the water pipes and turn water off to the units when the entire city lost power for a week of sub-freezing Temperature. We lost nearly everything and the apartment had to be totally gutted and rebuilt. Our neighbors below evacuated during the freeze and were never notified that their home and every possession had been ruined by the pipes bursting in my apartment and in theirs, despite management knowing for days. During this time they locked the leasing office doors on the entire complex and refused to meet with anyone. The new apartment we where moved to has been nothing but disaster. 1. Rodents living in the walls. 2. A massive carpenter ant infestation that I had to exterminate myself despite forcing them to bring in an exterminator to examine it. We just never heard back after the first visit. 3. Paying for pest control and literally never seeing them come by. We've just resorted to buying our own pest control and spraying ourselves. 4. Tons of maintenance requests that I've ultimately had to fix myself because their maintenance staff doesn't have the resources or time to do any real fixes. 5. Wasps crawling through the gaps in the insulation in my sliding glass balcony door because the maintenance staff can't fix it. 6. Expired fire alarms replaced by already expired fire alarms. Bonus that we found out the fire alarms were expired and failing at 2:00 AM, both times. 7. The interior AC compressor shakes the entire apartment like it's about to fall through the ceiling and is held up by 1x2 pieces of wood. 8. $25/month pet rent per pet on top of $250 "refundable" deposit and $250 non-refundable fee. Calls themselves a pet friendly complex. 9. I've found scorpions in my apartment multiple times. We're told "the complex is next to the woods, we can't help it." Nevermind the lack of pest control. 10. Unreasonable rent. I pay $1750 for the fancy three "bedroom" unit with vinyl faux wood floors. Their price online goes for $2300-$3300 last I checked for the same style. By the way, one of the "rooms" is literally an office space with no locking doors and the guest bedroom doesn't have a ceiling light. 11. The roof facade over my balcony literally fell off one day. It wasn't storming or raining, it just fell apart. I got woken up at 5 AM by the facade crashing down. Thankfully nobody was under it when it fell. The only reason I'll renew my lease is if I can't find a cheaper lease in Austin or the surrounding areas. Even then I might just take the loss and uproot my life to get out of here."

"I truly cannot even begin to describe how infuriated I am with this apartment complex. From being lied to about my apartment being move in ready, to now the rodents living in my walls. We tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but they have done nothing to dissuade us that this was a horrible mistake moving in. Repair requests take multiple attempts to get them to fix things. Our upstairs toilet was leaking for days before they finally replaced it, and that was in the first week. The patio is disgusting and I would not have moved in here if I had seen it beforehand as I was shown a model. They require you to pay for pest control, but I’ve worked from home every day since moving in and have yet to see a soul walk in and spray. I have rodents now living in the walls and ventilation system and all they can tell me is they’ll set traps outside and can do no more.I have contacted the city to help alleviate some of the stress made from this place, but please read the reviews about how terrible things are here. None of them lied. They’re salesmen at the front desk. They’ll tell you whatever they need to get you to sign the lease. Don’t bother to complain about the subpar standards of living here, they don’t care. The people up front should be ashamed of themselves."
