"Ms. Dana employees don't quit their job sweetheart. They quit their boss. You are the problem. Not them. This is an investment, so invest. And treat your employees like people and not your personal property. These people cannot seem to deal with you. So maybe it's you Ms. Dana and not them. Three management companies in ten days is all you. Not them. So look in the mirror, there is your issue. The truth does not care about your feelings, just like you don't care about your staff."
"I honestly didn't want to move in to that dump. Overpriced and even worse, there's homeless people living on the property. Management sucks. The one who they did have working there disappeared and I didn't hear from her again. The new manager that they did hire isn't ever there. And doesn't return phone calls. Doesn't show up. So anyone who is crazy enough to rent here be my guest. Just a fair warning...."
"The manager at this establishment is very respectful, very professional, very understandable & she tries to communicate with all the tenants so she gets to know them on a personal level but a professional level. She makes the place a secure & clean. I couldn't have asked for a better property manager she's on top of everything"
"Worst apartments ever , Ive be been resided here since July 2022 the mail boxes are broken and are still broken as of 5months . So you basically won't get mail living here which has been a pain for me because I've gotten my passport and won't receive it and etc . Management never are in office , always closed during business hours . Not worth paying 1500a month Btw I have a 1 bdrm cabinets are basically partical board . & Roaches . Haven't tooken a hot shower in almost a month . Ready to end this lease and move ASAP not to mention mail was coming to the office for about 2 weeks but they were never open so that people could get their mail and it was sent back to the post office ."
"I have lived in Chesapeake since July. Its a quiet environment with wonderful redone apartments. My A/c went down and there was a temporary ac put in within 24 hours until my entire unit could be replaced. I appreciate the manager Lisa she is awesome and always willing to help with any issue no matter how large or small!! With that being said it is an older complex and things do break and will probably continue to do so until it is completely renovated."
