"Dahlia will make you feel awesome in any beginners class- she really cares and helps you no matter your skill level / anxiety level. There is a new location at Tyler Station which is farther than I realized, but the class is awesome and I have already bought a series of classes because my experience was great and I can’t wait to keep exercising in this fun and interactive way. Thanks Dahlia for encouraging me to keep working hard but also to have fun. Looking forward to having other great experiences with other teachers there as well."

"Had my first silks class today. Dahlia was the instructor. I was nervous because it’s new and I’m insanely out of shape. The class was small, only 4 other people. Dahlia was super knowledgeable and patient. More importantly to me, she was insanely encouraging. Where I struggled, she gave gentle corrections and encouragement. When I succeeded in poses, she gave praise that made me feel like a badass. It was an intense workout but honestly so fun! I’m so glad I decided to give this a try! Can’t wait til my next class!!!"

"I genuinely wanted to attempt to take lyra classes here. I bought the 3 class pass online and went in for my first session. There were 5 hoops total in the smaller portion of a large room that had a silks class going at the same time. If memory serves me correctly, my trainers name was Bianca. I didn’t feel very welcome there at all. She seemed to cater more to the people who’d usually attend class than to help me. It was a little difficult for me but I’m not complaining about that at all! I religiously take pole classes, it was just different for me. I didn’t receive any assistance or help while trying to obtain poses or moves. As I said, she only paid attention to the other people there. I only went to that one class and never returned, wasting the money I spent for the other two classes essentially. Truly disheartening seeing as though they’re the only lyra studio in the area."

"Such a great place to learn aerial. Whether you’re beginner or advanced, the instructors have your back. Small class sizes, very knowledgeable, experienced, and attentive instructors. Every time I try a new apparatus, I’m more and more in love with this art. Favorites: rope (Corde Lisse), Lyra, and silks! They also have special workshops where you can try new things: shout out to chains!"

"This is an incredible aerial studio. The instructors are so knowledgeable and truly care about your safety and progress. We learn not only fun and amazing tricks and sequences, we also learn how to properly warm up, condition, and take care of our bodies so we can continue to do these amazing things. I’ve learned and progressed so far in just this last year, and I can’t wait to see what the rest of 2022 has in store! Thank you Moxie Mischief!"
