Saratoga Ridge Apartments

"I've lived here 2 months now and genuinely love Saratoga Ridge! I wasn't sure about it at first I'll admit, as the outside presents as older buildings. But the inside is very nice in my newly renovated unit! Very clean as well with all updated appliances, and a nice backsplash and marble countertop. None of the "landlord special renovations" you see frequently here in Austin. I'm convinced that the people complaining about roaches maybe don't clean well enough because I've yet to see a single one. The neighborhood is pretty quiet too, sitting in a wooded area behind a school, and they always have the gates closed for community safety which I appreciate. Tonya is extremely helpful and easily one of the best apartment managers I've experienced. She made the application and move in process super easy, and is always responsive to emails and questions, and my first month there she even called me about my card on file not working for rent so I could make sure it was paid and not incur any late fees!!! Anywhere else I've lived getting in touch with management is like pulling teeth so I am so grateful for her. While I've had a few issues with the appliances upon moving in, maintenance is always quick to come fix it and friendly as well. The newest maintenance guy is super sweet and introduced himself to me and explained all the issues and how he would fix them. He also gave me a timeline of when he would get certain parts and come back to finish the job which was nice to not feel in the dark wondering when it would be fixed! My only feedback is they should double and triple check a unit before moving someone in to avoid so many maintenance requests in the future! (And perhaps get a few more gym items too? But now I'm sounding spoiled, Lol) Otherwise, So far so great! I would definitely recommend living here."

"You are forced to pay for trash Valet that you never know if they will pick up your trash... leaf blowers start before 730am. Apartments are not worth the price for what you get. Carpets stained floors scuffed and outside concrete is dirty as he'll."

"Saragota is a joke and if I had know before I moved in here, I wouldn’t have risked it. Parking is an absolute nightmare. And I get harassed every single time with my car been towed and they finally towed it . Spoke to management about it and they seem to have no clue on dealing with the situation. My neighbor upstairs stomps his feet all day long like it’s nothing. If they don’t have adequate parking, what’s the point of living here? My old apartment I used to live is far better in terms of parking situation. Saragota, y’all need to do better. I always take out my own trash even when they added trash valetit to your rent monthly. The technology to lock and open door doesn’t even work. Rip off"

"The gate has been broken and open for weeks and no one has fixed it. I've lived here for less than 2 months and I've already suffered theft in the parking lot and I often see cars with broken windows. It's definitely not a safe place."
