"I am so pleased with this property. I have lived at an MAA property before in another city and the staff here is at another level. Treece and her staff jumped up at any issue I had. Garage opener didn’t work, they made a new one and delivered it. Water came out of my washer and the maintenance man was here in 10 mins! The process to apply was same day approval. I love it here. So quiet, so close to everything. I am not familiar with Austin but I hit the jackpot choosing Barton Creek. A+"
"We have enjoyed living at MAA Barton Creek for the last 3.5 years! GREAT condo units; no one above or below you; the property is tucked back in the green belt and quiet. Neighbors look out for one another and the property is well maintained. The office staff is very courteous, helpful and responsive regarding any needs. Gabriel in maintenance works so hard for everyone to keep your request handled. We absolutely LOVE the location and units! VERY, very pleased with MAA BC and the courteous and genuine help everyone has exhibited throughout our stay. We will miss our “home” here!"
