"Application declined, and then when we asked for more information we were ghosted. After reading these reviews it's probably for the best."

"Cons: Horrible roach infestation, no matter how much you clean & spend money to fix, they never go away. Multiple areas in our apartment started to leak and mold. Water damage. No hot water in shower for four months. Pros: Maintenance was always friendly and quick. Neighbourhood & other tenants were great. Rent is cheap here, but it's for a reason. I highly recommend saving your money and paying a little extra somewhere else, we considered breaking our lease multiple times due to the roach issue."

"I dodged a bullet on this one. I really wanted to live at this place but after around a month of being given the run around and being lied to I am done. I physically visited them on a Thursday and spoke with the property manager Tamara, she showed us the apartments and I wanted to apply as I needed somewhere to live, but she said they would have their website up tomorrow and she would send me the information via email that day or the next day to apply, but the apartments are being renovated and would be ready the next week or the one after that. I grabbed some paper applications and waited on her email... which never came. This is where it started. So I filled out the paper application and brought them in the next Monday (after not hearing anything from them) along with proof of employment and other necessary paperwork, and $90 to apply. She told us we should hear if we are approved within 24 hours, 3 days pass and we hear nothing. So I call her again, shes in a meeting and says she will call me in 30 minutes, no call. I call her again the next day, she doesn't really know who I am, but when I remind her, she says that it was approved and a lease agreement would be ready the next Tuesday. So on Monday I call her again and ask if there are going to be lease agreements ready, guess what, nope. The renovations could take up to an extra 3 weeks, but there are one bedrooms available already. (We had been told on the first day when we visited that the studio was $695 and the 1 bedroom was $795, this price was the only reason I was interested) So I call her again 2 days later to see how the renovations are going (this is today) she tells me now it is the end of the month so I ask about the one bedrooms. Now they are $1050 a month and the studio is $795, I applied thinking I was agreeing to the price I was told, but now its $100 more or $250 more monthly. This was the closest place to my job and I really liked the part of town it's in, but after being promised multiple phone calls that never happened, lease agreements that never happened, and the price changing, I can't even imagine what it's like getting them to do anything as a resident. I understand if the management is clueless, that's not Tamara's fault, but she literally would not return a single phone call throughout this entire process. I'm not even as angry as I should be, they wasted weeks of my time, if you look at my account you can see this is the only review I've made in the 10+ years I've had this account, they are that bad."

"Lived at this location for 1 1/2. Before my leave I experienced some 'shady' information from Landlord and tenants. Rats. Faulty utilities in the apartments. Roaches that no matter how much you end up personally spending or when maintenance finally gets around to it, they seemed to never go away. No matter how clean you keep your place, they will be a part of your environment. Embarrassing and gross. One neighbor had bedbugs in their apartment, landlady did not report it nor did she let other tenants know. In fact the landlady denied knowing this. Wonderful environment, outside the apartments. Pet friendly, around the neighborhood."
