"The move in experience was good due to the office staff knowledge and they are very friendly and professional, the maintenance crew takes care of the very important things you need as soon as they can but you need to make sure you let them know what your priorities are. The valet trash and recycle is great and service people are awesome. The pool and fitness center are very nicely kept! My Hill Country view is beautiful and my neighbors are mostly quiet and all people I met so far are very nice."

"I just moved here and it has been amazing. The management and people in the front office have been so kind and so helpful since literally day 1. Adriana, Lueny and Brian have been so kind! Apartment is so peaceful as well. Excited to enjoy the rest of my stay here and plan on renewing !"

"I have lived here for about 3 years and ever since Avenue 5 has taken over and Adriana and Lueny have been in office its made everything flow much easier. If ever there is an issue they are both extremely proactive and responsive. What matters most to me is being held accountable and even if the problem isn't resolved asap there is a prompt response to every matter. I want to point out the professionalism these ladies show to me each time I am in person or email or over the phone. I think its helpful in making me renew my lease and stay on property as long as I continue my nursing career in Austin. IF you don't live here check it out. Worth your time. "Just moved out of these apartments and I’ve never before seen so many charges for a move out invoice before. They will literally charge you for every little speck of dust they see on the floor and every little hole in the wall. You can’t hang pictures or have your furniture leave any marks on the carpet or they will charge you for a full paint and a full carpet replacement. I have pictures to prove the condition in which I left the apartment and it definitely did not need $800 worth of repairs. These people are crooks and are in the business of stealing money from people. Beware!! Update: They did not correct anything. I am still being charged the same amount. They just replied to me on here to act like they are trying to fix the issue but they are definitely not."

"Their management Adriana and Greg are so sweet and very helpful. They have excellent customer service. The community events they host have great music by Thomas their DJ and also provide complementary alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks with food catered. It was a fun environment for families and young adults to get to know each other from the complex. I look forward to future events."
