"Long review but I’m so happy! I cannot brag about Shanna enough! She is the best! My experience was a 10/10. I have previously worked with other apartment locating companies here in Austin, and it felt so out of touch like they weren’t listening to what I needed and definitely not personable, it was always a miss on finding an apt. Oh but when I found Perch and Shanna…let me tell you they were so amazing! Shanna listened to every thing I wanted, she let me know what was reasonable to consider within my price range, areas to consider, gave me the best options, all of the things!
