Welcome to Bridge at Volente Apartments in Austin, Texas! Our community offers spacious one, two, and three bedroom apartments with a range of amenities. "Really enjoy living here. No issues with rent, payments, bugs, etc... which is pretty incredible. We have practically unusable tiny balconies but they'd have to do extreme structural renovations to change this. The buildings are older but well-maintained. Been here for a year and I'm happy. Update: Still enjoy living here two years later. The office staff is kind and responsive. Maintenance is always on top of things and they are very nice people."
"It's a fairly quiet community. Parking is good. The maintenance staff is friendly and helpful, as is the office staff. It has a decent gym although there is a machine that has been out of service for a really long time. It's in a great location, near everything you need and we feel safe. Schools are superb! "Tammy is absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgeable about the community and application process! During our tour she walked us through the community, it's amenities and close proximity to basically everything! She was careful to explain the application steps, fees and what they were for, and management's rental criteria. She even stayed after hours just chatting with us :) I appreciate you Tammy! Sometimes leasing can be overwhelming but I'm glad you picked up my initial call with a smile and followed up with a great tour! Keep up the excellent service!"
