"Terrible place to live. And having the word “Luxury” is just an euphemism for being really expensive. I what they ask for rent was worth it but everything is breaks every two weeks. If is not one of the gate is the elevator. If is not the elevator is the other gate or key fob readers. Living here I found that at least every two weeks I receive an email from the leasing office notifying that something is broken. Also Since I moved to this place it has roacheas, call maintenance over 6 times in 8 months and they just get in spray a little bit and that’s it. (Funny part.. the roaches get there before we moved in). Would not consider to live here again."

"My husband and I recently terminated our lease early and were charged with replacing the carpets due to "heavy pet urine and odor". Sadly, we never owned or kept an animal of any kind in our apartment. Mainly because I have pet allergies. The previous tenant had a dog and left behind a ton of pet dander in the carpets and on the hardwood floors. Oddly, our place was never cleaned before we moved in, which I documented via phone and video. We complained and never received a follow up, so we actually had to deep clean ourselves. My husband didn't want to cause a scene, but honestly I wish I had because now we're being charged for replacing a carpet due to damage from a pet we don't have. Like how does that work? We are now fighting the charges with the Better Business Bureau and potentially taking it further as we will not be falsely accused of causing damage left my previous tenants. If you're a clean person and you take pride in your living space, I do not recommend moving here. Especially if you do not own an animal. It's extremely ridiculous that I even have to post here and go through an extensive process to prove my innocence."

"My wife and I are being charged for replacing the carpet because we "owned a pet" and left a "pet odor"...we never owned a pet or had a pet in our apartment. My wife actually has pet allergies. Before we moved in, we complained via text and in person that our apartment was never inspected or cleaned. Nothing was ever done, so we had to vacuum and deep clean the apartment ourselves. My parents were also witness to everything. My wife is now disputing the charge with the better business bureau. The managing company is holding firm that we left a pet odor...which is so odd because my wife cleaned once a week. I am honestly in disbelief that this has even gotten to this point and that we are being charged for a previous tenant's pet. Unfortunately they never inspected or cleaned the apartment or replaced the carpet like they should have before we moved in...now we're being blamed. We moved out early and I am SO glad we did. I do not recommend signing a lease here. Avoid it. Seriously. Especially if you do not own pets."

"Bexley SoCo has been home for a year and a half now. The entire staff, including maintenance, is friendly and personable! Ambria, the Property Manager, has been the most supportive PM I’ve ever dealt with. She does her job professionally and with integrity and I feel confident approaching her and her leasing staff on any matter. Thank you for all y’all have done!"

"The front office is amazing here, they truly brighten my day! Troi is delightful and so kind. They are also consistently responsive and cater to my every need. The property manager, Ambria, is truly a joy to be around and I feel safe knowing that she's in charge. Also, the resident events are so fun! I absolutely look forward to the community events. This property has really been a safe, fun place to live and I'm so glad I chose Bexley."
