"As a contract worker I’ve lived at this property on 3 different occasions. The amenities are nice and office staff is always pleasant. The maintenance manager (Ramo) is excellent and was a big factor in my decision to return to The Saint Mary the second and third time. He has always been able to fix any problems fast and efficiently, even issues prior maintenance managers were unable to."
"I like the Saint Mary Apartment. It is very quite in the night. Also easy parking for my car so far. We just moved-in to this apartment on the end of Oct 2023. We hope we will enjoy our stay."
"Love living here!! It’s a great apartment to have a dog. It’s peaceful and quiet. Maintenance request are handled in a timely manner. Edwin the maintenance man is so helpful!! Maria the Office Manager has also been so wonderful and accommodating. The pool area and grill are always clean and well maintained. The gym is always clean as well, they have all the machines/equipment you need. Great place all in all! Ramo the service manager is the best maintenance guy I have ever met, he’s prompt, helpful, and really cares."
"Apartment is decent, like in nice area, but with that price, definitely not worth it. You will be regretting every month you pay that money for living. I could have travel more, go more restaurants, places by not paying $300-$400 more for an average apartment. That’s an another car payment, literally. I regret to be honest, the apartment doesn’t even look that pretty anymore."
"I moved in, in late May 2023 and couldn’t be happier with the amenities and community. I love the modern interior, natural light and spacious layout of my apartment. The resort-style pool is so relaxing and the gym is fully equipped. Plus, looking forward to some upcoming community events including a yoga class."
