"Location is nice, very central to Austin. Wide variety of things to do and places to go from this area. Units are nice as well, everything is new and it works. Maintenance can take awhile to get to issues (my fridge/freezer broke and it took almost a week to get things fixed), however management is good, and in the end I was comped most of what I lost."

"For full transparency, I am writing a revised review off of a deleted two-star review I left previously. In the last review I had complaints about parking, communication and construction within the complex. For the past few months a construction crew took many spots in our parking lot and seriously limited parking for residents, and we lived in a semi-permanent construction zone. Within two weeks of receiving and processing my concerns, the office/property managers relocated the construction and opened up all of the spots for residents again. I am very grateful for the personalized and swift response to the issues I brought forth and I am impressed with the dedication the management has to resident satisfaction. I am leaving four stars because unfortunately it can be quite loud if you live under someone heavy footed/with an active animal. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor does but if you read other reviews you can see the office is open to working with your neighbors to make it a comfortable space for everyone. My advice is to make sure you’re comfortable with the space, amenities, community and location. If you like those, the management in charge will accommodate most else. And don’t be afraid to speak up and ask for change if it’s necessary!"

"I love the layout, finishes, and smart features. But the builder cheaped out on the insulation. I hear EVERYTHING my upstairs neighbor does, which is particularly frustrating since she's a heavy-footed individual with a large, rambunctious dog. Had I heard either during my tour, I never would've moved in. The noise from their regular activity reverberates through my ceiling multiple times a day. If you decide to live here, pray you have a better neighbor than me. And if you work from home, definitely think twice. You have some rights if the noise occurs during quiet hours. However, if it's during typical daytime hours, little can be done. UPDATE: I'm working with management to resolve the situation. Still, it's important for potential residents to be aware of the possible hassle and inconvenience."

"Grateful to have found this place! Charity made the move-in process super smooth, especially coming from out of state and not being able to preview the apartment. She was very quick to respond and always had an answer for any question I had, making me feel welcome and comfortable. Once I arrived, Charity was upbeat and ready to help if needed, as well as all of the staff always smiling and quick to help!"

"The property is nice and the front office staff is friendly and easy to work with. However, if you move here, be sure to invest in a dash camera for your vehicle because no one will help you if you’re car gets stolen, broken into or theft happens. You can indeed file a Police report, but by the time Police gets to your case or request footage from property it will be gone and the case will no longer be relevant. Footage will NOT be given just because you ask for it. You will only receive condolences and empathy from the property nothing more nothing less than their obligated to do."
