Bent Tree Apartments

"Update 2: I have owned houses and I have rented, at 65 years young, I've been many places. I have NEVER lived in a place where it feels as much like one big home as Bent Tree does. This week, several neighbors rescued a cat that was stuck up a tree. There is a real sense of community here. This all starts at the top, with a Manager who cares, with support staff who care. Update: It's been a year and a half and everything is still amazing. Just attended our National Night Out gathering and I met some people here who moved in 15+ years ago. This speaks volumes for this place and the management. Its not a new and shiney place but it shines all the same....from what matters, caring staff, great neighbors, it feels like a home and a place you want to stay. Thank you Bent Tree and Casey Wall for giving me a place to call home. Managment and the maintenance team is the best here. Despite the location being so close to Mopac, it's a quiet complex. Good people, apartments, and location. The image is of "Jane", she visits from time to time. Still five stars! The staff go out of their way to make sure everything is as it should be. The recent ice storm took a toll on our trees, some of them were lost. The clean-up and repairs were done promptly with care and concern for the property and residents. Thank you"

"I arrived in Austin in 2010 having rented from from this complex "sight unseen". I was made to feel like I was coming home. I can't say enough good things about The Falls at Bent Tree. From office staff to maintenance staff, I have been treated with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend these apartment homes."

"This property deserves nothing less than five stars. Casey is fabulous to work with and truly cares about the residents here. Every concern I’ve had she has addressed it immediately. You won’t get that questionable kind of kindness here, that is unfortunately seen in other leasing offices. Bridge at Bent Tree is genuine and maintenance is incredibly kind and quick to work. They get things done and keep you updated throughout the entire process. Between the office staff and maintenance crew, they really make you feel at home here. Yes, there are leaf blowers every Wednesday morning as someone else below mentioned. Instead of low rating them for this- how about highly rating them, to be thankful they provide the service. That they care about the cleanliness of the property and take care of the trees that surround. It is a beautiful property and well built. It is quiet here, peaceful, and the neighbors are sweet."

"The apartments are nice for the price prior to being bought and now it is skyrocketing. Currently, be prepared to experience invasive home renovations. Window/Door/Patio Replacements and all poorly planned with 0-3 days notice. They have no plans of stopping anytime soon and are not organized at all. We have been forced to live without sealing and deadbolts on doors for weeks. They've installed doors with holes for peepholes allowing cooled air out and bugs in. The maintenance staff is too complacent, and the it takes a minimum of 8 days to get a repair done. They have not been replaced since the buyout. It is close to the highway and most noticeable when you are taking a video. You can the highway clearly in the audio, it is pretty loud."

"Bent Tree is a friendly community with wide range of demographics: young professionals, families, retired folks. The management and staff continuously strive to meet or exceed expectations. I have lived in this community for over 2 years and they are always on top of any requests you need handled. Elexis, the manager on site, is always on top of any complaints or requests you need handled. The maintenance staff is always quick to respond when you are in need of any maintenance issues resolved as well so thank you to the hard working maintenance crew responding and quickly attending (even in the middle of the night when something seems to mechanically fail). I am pleased with Bent Tree's quick response to my requests and the overall service I receive here at this apartment community. Wonderful service, prompt nothing is too much trouble for them, always polite, and they get the job done. I love living here. The staff are so helpful even when they are so busy, a great atmosphere and very family oriented. Thanks for all that you do Bent Tree staff and thank you to Elexis for always taking care of her residents and for going above and beyond to make sure to take care of each persons specific needs."
