"I’ve live at Dalewood Townhomes for 6 months now. Everything from the application process, communication with management, maintenance tickets, and up keep of the property has been amazing. Maintenance responses to orders quickly. Management is friendly and helpful when you have questions. The homes are clean and pest free. The general area is quiet and a good place to have a family close to shopping and recreation areas."

"impossible to live Old houses, wood floors peeling, yard fences down from the ice storm, they charge you for Pest Control and I've never seen them spraying the patios, they charge you 40 for yard maintenance and never cleaning the yard of weeds, I'm really waiting for the contract to expire to move."

"If the review mentions poor management and maintenance, that is 100% accurate. No one calls back, returns messages and if they so, no follow through. Things have been broken from day one and still not resolved. I’m not going into details because I still live here, but the roaches are huge, the previous repairs are terrible and if it breaks, good luck. I would stay away. Looked like a good deal initially until you settle in and start looking around and using things. Stay away if you have a choice"

"Awesome living experience! We have lived at the Dalewood Townhomes for about a year and a half and have seen a ton of improvement, even when it wasn't that bad in the first place. First of all the homes are beautiful inside, all completely remodeled with fairly new appliances. Lots of space, too. We don't need to contact maintenance or the office much but when we moved in, I feel like it was a bit harder to get a hold of them. As of the last year, there is always someone pleasant and knowledgeable in the office and maintenance response is insanely fast. Any time we have had A/C issues they are addressed and fixed immediately. Other minor issues are also done that day or if we call late, early the next day. I always expect a bunch of red tape to get anything done, because I have worked for Austin apartment companies and seen what kind of hoops they make people jump through. This team in the office creates such a great environment, I found myself driving to the office a few times instead of just calling. They were genuinely willing to try to help me find the easiest and best solutions, when it came to things like renewing or moving out questions, etc. The part of town we live in is quiet and nice with accessibility to everything. The area is welcoming and in the type of neighborhood where everyone walks their dogs around the block. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. I would definitely recommend renting these townhomes!"
