"I have lived over 16 years in the same Elan Apt complex! Lived in one bedroom and transferred to current apt. This new management with Bell Partners is outstanding from the manager, Kathlyn, to staff Ray, & Micah. Not to mention the maintenance crew, Ruben, Rene, & others not mentioned. Bells Partners has been improving the complex apts. and property. They are truly amazing!! They definitely care about our property and the residents. This is not a paid endorsement. I am posting to give them the credit they deserve. I’m not going anywhere! Anna"

"The team at Elan is friendly, fair and courteous. This complex has changed hands over the last few years and Bell Partners has been very attentive to queries and issues. They do a good job at adapting to challenges, such as trash concerns, parking issues and residents picking up after their pets and are constantly trying to improve the community. It's nice to live under management that cares about its residents."

"Looking for parking when you live here is worse than looking for parking downtown, if you can believe it. Owner has made it clear they have no plans to remedy the situation, but that you can pay $100 for a garage (covered parking always has a running waiting list). If you like long walks to your apartment any time you get home after 2/3pm, then this is the place for you."

"Update: Manager was on vacation and stephanie who joined recently was handling all the stuff so there was an oversight in getting my apartment cleaned. they checked the apt, got the carpet cleaned, air filter changed immediately some of them has not been fixed like the window shades but i am confident that they will fix them if i create a ticket under apartment portal. Just moved into this apartment community and this is the worst welcome I ever received. The apartment was never professionally cleaned, they just gave me the apartment that was cleaned by the tenant who move out 1. The carpet is not clean, black, nasty and with stains all out it 2. The kitchen smells and the appliances were never cleaned and so greasy that the apartment was full of smoke 3. Window shades are broken and never replaced 4. AC vents were not cleaned and I can see dust accumulated in the vent ( have sinus issues and couldn’t sleep the whole n8) 5. Some applicants are broken with cracks on them Really disappointed with the way they handed over the apartment"
