Imo's Pizza

"Instructions were ignored on the pizza. We were told 15 minutes and ready for pickup. Got there in 10. Waited for 45 minutes longer. Manager first offered to pay for pizza, then proceeded to tell me I wasn't getting the pizza if he was refunding me after waiting for over an hour for a pizza that was said to be in 15 minutes. Absolutely inexcusable customer service. Owner should be ashamed at the employees acted. Many others were having the same complaint as me at the time. Will use the other imos downtown where customer service is great."

"I ordered for delivery on 11/03/2023 order was placed at 8:40 pm was quoted 40 minutes for my order to be to my home by the woman on the phone. I called after the time to check and was told it was on its way to me. The . Order did not arrive until 10:03. Pm and I live less than 1 mile from the store!!! way over the quoted time. Food was unacceptable upon arrival . I was told that I could keep it for all the troubles by Stephanie the driver. The manager made her come back and pick up the order to refund me . The order was not only trashed when it got to me but was very cold and not in a pizza bag. The shift manager was super rude to me too. Now I’m out $40 not even a I’m sorry or anything. This is photos of why not to order delivery from here. Definitely will be choosing different options next trip."

"We came here after a long and tiring day exploring St. Louis. The staff were helpful and patient as we made our pizza decision. The pizza itself was ok I don’t know about the cheese though, to me it tasted a bit off in terms of the flavor combination with the rest of the pizza. I was aware that they use a different cheese. Overall it seems like a nice spot to get some pizza in the St. Louis area"

"The cheddar cheese don’t hit me right. I’m not local to St. Louis though. The toasted ravioli and provel bites are alright. They’re edible and not bad because warm cheese is always good. I might be getting a bit fancier in my tastes, but i wouldn’t eat here again by my decision."

"Had 10 inch size of a St. Louis-style pizza and a dish of baked spaghetti (lunch special plus extra order). The spaghetti tasted awesome with its thick noodles and sweet & juicy tomato sauce. It just tasted way better than I expected. For me, the pizza was for sure unique and tasty but momentarily, I felt like it's kind of Italian Mexican fusion pizza. It came with thin crust pizza dough. Food here has something that still attracts me. I would go this place again if I have a chance to visit St. Louis again in the future."
