"Place live my own room for a ride and I don't care about anything anymore and I don't know what to do and that I don't understand everything and I save up your life that I don't"

"I signed a Lease agreement around 2019 at the Live Oak Trails Apartments and within a few months, myself and three kids started getting sick from the toxic mold that was growing inside / outside the walls. I took photos of the black mold and reported the problem to management and the Staff set up a dehumidifier, which did not help. I soon realized why the rent was so cheap. The building is infested with roaches and I took photos. I believe that I was tricked into signing a lease that I thought was a great deal because I was not warned by the Property Manager Valencia that the previous resident moved out due to the severe mold issues. After I addressed the issues, I was given an MOLD ADDENDUM - stating that I could no longer complain. 2023 - I am a single parent and cannot afford to move, even though my family is still having respiratory illnesses from the ongoing mold issues."

"Loud children running around in the parking lot, throwing ball's near cars, throwing rock's through-out the property and littering - all due to the lack of proper supervision from the Parents and certain kids are bullying others outside - BEWARE. The secuity company does not help... Lazy neighbors leave smelly trash near their front door, everyday. Thin walls, I can hear people talking, babies crying at 3AM and traffic outstide 24/7. Very loud community! Show some RESPECT! The Manager do not stay employed here after 8 months, always a new face in the Front Office and major problems, in the accounting department. The Management is unprofessional & has no respect for the Residents, they discuss other people's personal financial business, in front of strangers INSTEAD of holding a private meeting in their office. I do not need to hear that! The Management are bullies and I have proof. Mandatory random apartment inspections every month, no privacy! Most inspections are inconvenient. No on-site amenities. Move here, if you want your human rights taken away by dehumanizing Addendums, that is within the lease agreement. I am transitioning into a new single-family house and I'm grateful for the privacy and safety."
