"DO NOT MOVE HERE! I wish I listened to the reviews before moving in. Quite literally the worst experience i’ve ever had at an apartment in my life. I had a psychotic upstairs neighbor who would scream racial slurs while playing video games and blasting music at 1am-4am. Management didn’t do anything, I ended up having to move. You have to drive your trash to the front where 2 apartment complex share 1 trash bin, the mail room has tons of broken mailboxes, there is not enough resident parking, and my apartment was infested with gnats. On top pf that, my AC kept going out in the middle of summer! I only lasted 3 months before I had to get the hell out of there. Save yourself the headache and just pay a little more to live somewhere better. Edit: The assistant manager was friendly & helpful, but the last working the front was uncaring, and property manager is never on site. You can tell they didn’t even read the review based on their generic response."

"I'm on my 3rd year here. Landscaping is nice, but rent keeps going up every year just like everywhere else. 620 traffic can be a crawl right here in one direction at a time, but all the stores are within 2 miles so that's nice."

"5-year Resident here. Beautiful Complex but Horrible Management, parking sucks, and always have mail delivery issues when packages are left with staff. My A/C always breaking or getting throttled. They flat out refused to replace my thermostat which our 3rd party vendor made several requests to replace. We pay a community fee but there is one trash receptacle, no trash valet, the front gates are always broken, the vacuum hose/unit is broken and makeshift repaired. Front office personnel are brainless drones and the property management are crooks! Find a complex with better service!"

"I lived here for a little over a year. Honestly, there were some good times. I liked the spacious living rooms, friendly staff, and proximity to a lot of things in Austin. The couple of things that made it difficult were my neighbors would constantly argue day and night. The walls are pretty thin and they made my life very difficult. There are a bit of sketchy people that live here and for the price, I would consider moving elsewhere."

"We lived here for 5 years and while we were there the location kept going downhill with the other occupants from blaring music, domestic violence, and even chemicals being dumped in the garbage by their own maintenance workers having to have hazmat come out and block people out of their apartments for hours. As shown by the pictures they never keep up with the trash and it constantly smells horrible.Let's not forget the gate rarely works, except for the few months after a neighbor in building 5 was murdered by someone who drove in and out while the gate was broken. Our AC constantly went out and took them 2 years to finally just replace it. At one point we were asked if it was ok to go a few days without working AC in 100+ degree weather and owning dogs due to poor choice in contractors. The onsite maintenance did what they could but after Taylor/Jacob left the new office staff was sub par. On our moving day the smart lock was set to lock us out when we still had a day or two left since we were paid through the end of the month - that was a nice touch. Steer clear."
