Bell Southpark Apartments

"Very disappointing service. The apartments look kind of nice however, since the moment I needed to sign my contract, after already having put my fee money down I started having issues. You cannot get the office staff on the phone ever. They will rarely call back and getting emails from them is also kind of rare. Work orders are ignored constantly and within a week of move in I had several issues that took a long time to be resolved. My biggest issue, this apartment complex allowed someone to come into my apartment, without my consent to do a cleaning service that should have been done before I moved in. They did so almost two weeks after I moved in and settled in. I received no notices or warnings that someone was coming or had been in my apartment. I noticed because my belongings had been moved out of place. This is a major violation of privacy. I tried contacting the office staff again about this issue and never got a response back. Overall, good location, nice looking units, horrible service. Not worth the money."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here since they opened, late 2017 as Lenox Springs. Then they brought greystar to manage the property and it wasn't bad. Once Bell Southpark took over they ruined the property. They don't keep up with maintenance at all, you will put in a work order and they will say if it's not an emergency they can't do anything about it! Months will pass by and they still don't fix anything, I had to fix multiple things because they wouldn't even go check it out. The gates NEVER work, trash all over the property, the pools are dirty and overcrowded. There's a reson why they give you parking stickers but clearly not here, visitors park wherever they want, and we as residents have to find parking in other buildings. Soooo many mechanics at all 3 properties, they just setup anywhere there's parking and start doing their thing... like how/why? The office doesn't address any of the issues above and more. Be ready to have your car broken into, had it happen to me twice and 4 times to a friend in building 1. All the halls are dirty and the balconies look TERRIBLE, people have furniture that shouldn't be there, trash, tires. There's only a handful of people who have been here since they opened up and I truly cannot express how amazing it was until Bell Southpark took over. I could go on and on about how bell Southpark ruined an amazing community."

"As a resident for over a year in this community, I wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Overall, it's a great place, but like any community, there are pros and cons. The location is convenient, with easy access to highways and nearby amenities. The amenities, including multiple pools and fitness centers, are well-maintained and enjoyable. However, it's important to note the occasional noise from neighbors, particularly in a family-oriented community with so many pools. It's not a constant issue, but it does happen from time to time. Parking can be a bit challenging during peak hours, and the available spaces seem slightly insufficient for the number of residents. There are carports and garages available but those are at an extra cost. The management team is generally friendly, but there's room for improvement in communication about community events and updates. There have been instances where I've felt out of the loop. In summary, this apartment community is a solid choice with some minor drawbacks. If you can overlook occasional noise and manage parking logistics, it offers a convenient and comfortable living experience."

"I’ve lived here one week and so far now that I’ve gotten a closer look I’m not as impressed. My move in process was not smooth, my apartment I moved into is filthy, I have had to submit three work orders in the first 24 hours. The hallways and stairwells of the complex are filthy. The walkways outside are littered with debris and there’s trash in the landscaping. What I thought was a gorgeous outdoor space and pool is usually filthy and littered with trash. I do like my apartment and hope the rest of the stay here is more smooth but the property is just not as clean and high end as I’d originally believed when I toured!"

"I would give them a 5 star if they had security cameras around the property, before we even got my son moved in, we had an Amazon package stolen from the door way. We went to the property as soon as we saw it was delivered, but it was already gone and they have no cameras to help prevent crime. They were very sweet about taking us around to see if it was put in a different spot, but we had no luck. If you have a question or need information, you have to go over to the rental office area because they do not answer the phones. I think one time out of all the times we called, did we actually have someone pick up. With that being said, everything else has gone pretty smoothly. The people that work here all seem very nice. The apartment is very updated, and clean. The Meadows is the complex that my son just moved into and I am grateful that it has an elevator. This complex is actually made up of three complex’s, each one has its own gym and pool, but you are able to use all of them. The grounds are beautiful, and the location is perfect."
