"My sons and I have lived here since 9/2006. The management always responds to anything we need very timely and never question a request. The building supervisors have been and are exceptional (with one so-so although extremely nice man, just "rigged" the fastest fix possible it seems) - one of our first few winters, heater went out very late on a Sat. Philip called me back 10 min after I notified ans serv and drove back into town from Bastrop immediately. Every minute he spent restoring our heat, he was polite and cheerful - you'd think from his demeanor that he was hoping such a hassle would come his way! Foundation Communities is an amazing org with a lot of compassion and heart. It is a great reflection - and serves as the best review - that we've had the same mgmt staff here for 8 yrs now!
