"Adding on to my previous review. Community members don’t respect the rules and guidelines and Camden staff doesn’t care enough to actually enforce them either. People are loud at the pool all night long and the on-call emergency service team takes hours to respond and is ineffective. Makes the community feel unsafe that they can’t enforce their most simple rules. Additionally, one star until Camden cancels their contract with Valet Trash. Worst service I am forced to pay $36 a month for I’ve ever seen. It causes an unnecessary amount of stress and anger in my life to follow all of their asinine rules. I’ll take my own trash to the dumpster if I can get my money back and forget about this idiotic ‘service’. It’s a scam."
"We had a lovely time at Camden Stoneleigh! A nice apartment with a beautiful balcony, good amenities, prompt service, and no serious issues. We certainly would be staying longer if we didn't need to move for personal reasons. Thanks to Valerie and Israel in particular for their efforts over the past year."
"I don’t recommend living here. When there is an issue that you need management’s help with, they are slow to take action, and they take the side of the tenants causing issues. I’ve been having issues with the dogs barking in the downstairs apartment, and they haven’t been helpful in trying to remedy the situation."
"I’ve lived here for almost a year and I would NOT recommend living here!! Despite being a gated community, there has been an inexcusable amount of crime (multiple stolen car parts, car break ins, stolen packages off porches, bashed in mail boxes, an incident involving gunshots last week, strangers pounding on doors, etc.). The gates are always out of order and are rarely closed, allowing anyone to come in. Since the gunshots last week, Camden hasn’t provided any assurance of increasing security measures. Our safety is not a priority. Not to mention, the pool/hot tub never work, the gym was clearly furnished by people who never work out, and communication/action from management is poor. Meanwhile, you’re required to opt into a low quality valet trash service and pay community fees, all while rent continues to increase. Glad that my lease will be coming to an end in a couple months."
